We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The Quality Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all healthcare services provided meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to develop quality improvement initiatives and action plans
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives and provide regular reports to management
- Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct training sessions for staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance in healthcare

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in quality assurance in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
