Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our transportation and logistics services meet the highest quality standards. You will play a crucial role in developing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of transportation and logistics operations, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to established quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to enhance service delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, findings from audits, and recommendations for improvement, presenting these findings to management.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees to promote quality awareness and best practices across the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring that third-party logistics providers meet quality and service level agreements.
- Investigate customer complaints and feedback related to service quality, working closely with relevant teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to quality assurance in transportation and logistics, ensuring the company remains compliant with all necessary requirements.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits, providing necessary documentation and support to auditors.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency gains.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the transportation and logistics sector.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, methodologies (such as Six Sigma or ISO standards), and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficient in using quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the transportation and logistics industry in the UAE.
