We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality Control Assistant to join our Agriculture team in Dubai. The Quality Control Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that our agricultural products meet the highest quality standards before being distributed to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks on incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collect and analyze samples for testing
- Maintain accurate records of quality control data
- Identify and report any issues or deviations from quality standards
- Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and policies
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to address quality issues
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in quality control in the agriculture industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
