We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all quality control processes within our consumer goods manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest level of product quality
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
- Identify and resolve any quality issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Train and supervise quality control staff to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address any quality concerns and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities and results
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices in quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in quality control within the consumer goods industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
