We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all healthcare services provided meet the required standards of quality, safety, and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in healthcare.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of healthcare facilities to assess compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address deficiencies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives and make recommendations for further enhancements.
- Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide education and training to healthcare staff on quality assurance principles and practices.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes related to quality assurance in healthcare.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, quality management, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in quality assurance in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
