Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality in our manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our products meet both customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Analyze quality data and generate reports to track performance metrics, trends, and areas of concern.
- Facilitate root cause analysis for quality issues and develop preventive measures to mitigate risks.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
- Review and approve specifications, drawings, and documentation related to quality standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in quality assurance methodologies and relevant industry regulations.
- Assist in the development and execution of quality improvement projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), such as ISO 9001, and other relevant standards.
- Experience with quality control tools and methodologies, including Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proficient in using quality management software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
