We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Assistant to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures to ensure that construction projects meet industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting quality control inspections on construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
- Monitor and document construction processes and materials to identify any deviations or defects.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and checklists.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality control issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control inspections and test results.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in quality control processes.
- Assist in training construction staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
