We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Broker Assistant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the real estate industry and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist real estate brokers in all aspects of the sales process, including listing properties, conducting property showings, and negotiating contracts
- Coordinate with potential buyers and sellers to schedule property viewings and meetings
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures and online listings
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Maintain and update property databases and client records
- Provide administrative support, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing appointments
- Assist with contract preparation and review
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to build relationships and expand professional network

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required (under 8 years)
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and regulations is a plus
- UAE driving license is preferred
