We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Real Estate Development Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the real estate development team in all aspects of project management and coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of real estate development strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential development opportunities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion
- Prepare and review project proposals, financial models, and feasibility studies
- Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure adherence to guidelines
- Assist in negotiating and finalizing lease agreements and contracts
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate project progress
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for development projects
- Stay current on industry trends and market conditions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in real estate development or project coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market trends
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid UAE driver's license
