Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai’s manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate management, program development, and operational excellence, with the ability to drive initiatives that enhance our real estate portfolio's efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Development & Management:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic real estate programs that align with the company's manufacturing objectives and operational needs.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of real estate processes, ensuring they meet industry standards and best practices.

- Property Management:
- Manage the portfolio of properties, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance of manufacturing facilities.
- Collaborate with facility managers to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, operations, and finance, to align on real estate strategy and needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including real estate agents, property owners, and regulatory bodies.

- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze market trends and property performance data to provide insights and recommendations for portfolio optimization.
- Prepare and present regular reports on real estate operations, program performance, and project status to senior management.

- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the budget for real estate operations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to enhance profitability.

- Project Management:
- Oversee real estate projects, including acquisitions, disposals, renovations, and facility expansions, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of real estate initiatives.

- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure all real estate operations comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify potential risks associated with real estate investments and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, RICS) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate management, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of real estate principles, market analysis, and property management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing real estate programs and projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams and levels of management.
- Proficiency in project management software and real estate management tools.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations in Dubai.
