We are seeking a passionate and experienced Recreation Therapist to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services industry. The Recreation Therapist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating recreational therapy programs for individuals with physical, mental, emotional, or social limitations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing the needs and capabilities of clients to develop individualized treatment plans
- Planning and leading therapeutic recreational activities such as sports, games, arts and crafts, music, and dance
- Providing emotional support and encouragement to clients during therapy sessions
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, and physical therapists, to ensure holistic care for clients
- Documenting progress and outcomes of therapy sessions in client records
- Staying up-to-date on current trends and research in the field of recreational therapy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy or related field
- Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) credential preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recreational therapy
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, mental health issues, or substance abuse disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
