We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Program Manager to join our manufacturing team based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operational activities within the region to ensure efficient and effective production processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency within the manufacturing plants in the region
- Coordinate with various departments including production, supply chain, quality control, and logistics to optimize operations
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage and lead a team of operational staff to achieve operational goals and targets
- Collaborate with senior management to develop budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans for the region
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs
- Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing operational projects and driving process improvements
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
