We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Rehabilitation Counselor Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position is based in the pharmaceuticals industry and will involve working closely with Rehabilitation Counselors to provide support and assistance to patients recovering from various medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Rehabilitation Counselors in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients undergoing rehabilitation
- Help patients with daily activities and exercises as prescribed by the Rehabilitation Counselor
- Monitor and document patients' progress and communicate any changes to the Rehabilitation Counselor
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with pharmaceutical industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience working in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
