We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Operations Manager to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, as well as overseeing the operational functions of a real estate business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective operations, including sales, marketing, and property management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the real estate business, including property listings, client requests, and administrative tasks
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, as well as drive revenue growth
- Lead and motivate a team of relationship managers and operational staff to achieve business objectives
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing regular updates to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate management software
- UAE driving license is preferred
