We are looking for a skilled Remote Support Analyst to join our team in the retail industry based in Abu Dhabi. The Remote Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to our retail stores and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly. This is a remote position, so the ideal candidate must be able to work independently and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to retail stores in Abu Dhabi
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and update software applications
- Monitor and maintain system performance
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements
- Train store staff on system usage and best practices
- Document and maintain support tickets and resolutions
- Collaborate with IT team on system upgrades and enhancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
