We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Support Technician to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing remote technical support to end-users in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to healthcare staff and end-users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Assist with network connectivity and security issues
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure smooth operation of systems
- Document and track support requests and resolutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
