We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Advisor to join our construction team in Sharjah. The Residential Advisor will be responsible for overseeing the residential aspects of construction projects, ensuring that all residential buildings are constructed to the highest quality standards and within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop residential construction plans and designs.
- Oversee the construction of residential buildings, ensuring adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment for residential construction projects.
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.
- Conduct regular inspections of residential buildings to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on construction progress and address any concerns or feedback.
- Manage budgets and expenses for residential construction projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on residential construction best practices and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in residential construction project management.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license.
