Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Residential Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role will focus on overseeing the construction of residential projects within the aerospace and defense sector, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for residential construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.

2. Site Management:
- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor work progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Implement best practices and efficient workflows to optimize productivity and resource usage.

3. Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including site supervisors, laborers, and subcontractors.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging team development and communication.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide mentorship to team members.

4. Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and financial reporting.
- Ensure efficient procurement and allocation of materials and resources for construction projects.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and safety standards.

5. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of construction work to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Address any quality issues that arise and implement corrective measures as necessary.

6. Client Relations:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status and address any concerns or changes in scope.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

7. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction management, preferably in the aerospace and defense sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations in Dubai.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
