We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage our construction projects in Abu Dhabi within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate all aspects of residential construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
2. Manage and oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
3. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
4. Monitor project progress and performance, and make necessary adjustments to ensure project deadlines and budget goals are met.
5. Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other team members, to provide updates on project status and address any issues or concerns.
6. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
7. Train, mentor, and supervise construction staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively.
8. Develop and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, construction schedules, and budgets.
9. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all construction workers and subcontractors.
10. Participate in project meetings, reviews, and evaluations to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in residential construction supervision.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
