We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Restaurant Host to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Provide menus and assist guests with any questions or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist in coordinating special events or large group reservations
- Monitor guest flow and make adjustments to seating arrangements as needed
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and hospitality

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a host/hostess in a restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of Dubai's transportation and logistics industry is a plus

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-5 years of experience as a restaurant host/hostess
