We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Merchandiser to join our Real Estate team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a strong background in merchandising. This role will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and layouts in our retail spaces to attract potential buyers and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase foot traffic in our retail spaces.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events to attract potential buyers.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and promotional materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking based on sales trends and customer demand.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Train and mentor retail staff on merchandising best practices and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
