We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee our construction retail operations in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring smooth functioning and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient store operations.
2. Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
3. Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of retail staff.
4. Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive sales.
7. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
8. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in retail operations management.
3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
6. Knowledge of construction materials and products is preferred.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
