We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record of managing retail operations programs effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retail operations strategies to drive sales and improve overall performance
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of retail outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the retail operations program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new initiatives to enhance the customer experience
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of quality and service
- Train and develop retail staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of successfully implementing retail operations programs and driving results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
