We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Specialist to join our team based in Dubai, specializing in the Energy sector. The Retail Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of retail operations
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between retail operations and other departments
- Manage inventory levels and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize excess inventory
- Conduct regular audits of retail outlets to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Train and supervise retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence
- Identify trends and opportunities in the market to drive sales and revenue growth
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of retail operations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- [X] years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the Energy sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software
