Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Robotics Programmer to join our innovative healthcare team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in robotics programming and a passion for utilizing technology to improve healthcare services and patient outcomes. As a Robotics Programmer, you will be responsible for the development, testing, and implementation of robotic systems that assist with various medical procedures and enhance operational efficiency within healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain software for robotic systems used in surgical procedures, rehabilitation, and patient care.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications for robotic applications.
- Design algorithms and control systems for robotic devices, ensuring precision and reliability in healthcare settings.
- Conduct testing and validation of robotic systems, troubleshooting any issues that arise during development and implementation.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, clinicians, and IT specialists, to integrate robotic solutions into existing healthcare infrastructures.
- Document all programming work, including code, system configurations, and user manuals to ensure compliance and ease of use for healthcare staff.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics and healthcare technology, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Provide training and support to healthcare staff on the operation and maintenance of robotic systems.
- Participate in the development of safety protocols and guidelines for the use of robotics in medical environments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in robotics programming, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java, and familiarity with robotics programming frameworks and platforms.
- Strong understanding of robotics systems, control algorithms, and electronic components.
- Experience with simulation and modeling tools for robotic systems (e.g., ROS, Gazebo).
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards related to medical devices and patient safety.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
