Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Contractor to join our Financial Services team based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all roofing projects within the organization, ensuring that they are completed to the highest quality standards and within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial assessments of roofing projects to determine scope of work, materials required, and estimated costs.
- Planning and scheduling roofing projects, coordinating with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth execution.
- Hiring and managing subcontractors and laborers for roofing projects, overseeing their work and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that arise, making necessary adjustments to maintain project timelines and budget.
- Conducting quality inspections of completed roofing projects to ensure they meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Providing regular updates and reports to management on project status, budget, and any potential risks or issues.
- Staying current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in roofing to ensure projects are completed using the most up-to-date methods and materials.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofing Contractor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
- Valid contractor's license and certification in roofing.
