We are looking for a Safety Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Safety Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety programs to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting safety inspections and audits of facilities and processes to identify potential hazards and risks
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety procedures and protocols
- Assist in investigating accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions
- Assist in providing safety training to employees on various safety topics
- Maintain safety records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist in conducting safety meetings and promoting a culture of safety within the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
