We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Safety Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our safety operations program within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and industry best practices
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
- Lead and coordinate safety training programs for all employees, including new hire orientation and ongoing refresher courses
- Investigate and analyze accidents or incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Monitor and track safety performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Stay informed of new developments in safety regulations and technologies to continuously improve safety programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in safety operations management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification is preferred
