We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our sales team in all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the energy industry and previous experience in a sales support role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in prospecting and qualifying leads
- Prepare and send out sales proposals and contracts
- Coordinate sales meetings and follow up on action items
- Maintain and update customer database
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales process
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics
- Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a sales support role
- Strong understanding of the energy industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
