Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scaffolder to join our retail team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures on retail sites to ensure the safety of workers and the completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures according to safety standards and regulations
- Inspecting scaffolding equipment and materials for defects and ensuring they are in good working condition
- Working closely with the construction team to provide support and assistance as needed
- Adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on site
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and timelines
- Completing all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Scaffolder in a retail or construction setting
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid scaffolding certification/license
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in a similar role
