We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our team as a School Librarian Assistant in the field of Agriculture. The successful candidate will assist the School Librarian in managing and maintaining the school library, with a focus on agricultural resources and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in cataloging and organizing agricultural books, journals, and other resources in the library
- Help students and teachers locate and use agricultural materials for research and coursework
- Assist in managing library circulation, including checking books in and out, and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers to develop agricultural-themed reading lists and resources for students
- Assist in promoting agricultural literacy and awareness through library displays and events
- Help with basic library maintenance tasks, such as shelving books and keeping the library clean and organized

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Education, or a related field
- Previous experience working in a library setting, preferably in a school environment
- Knowledge of agricultural topics and resources, with a passion for promoting agricultural literacy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Familiarity with library cataloging systems and software
