We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The School Psychologist Assistant will work under the supervision of a licensed school psychologist to provide support and assistance in assessing and addressing the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting psychological assessments and evaluations of students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized intervention plans
- Provide counseling and support to students facing emotional or behavioral challenges
- Assist in conducting group therapy sessions and social skills training programs
- Monitor and track student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed
- Assist in crisis intervention and provide support during emergencies
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in school psychology and participate in professional development activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for helping students overcome challenges and reach their full potential

Preferred Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a related field
