We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Librarian to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The School Librarian will be responsible for managing the school library, promoting literacy and a love for reading among students, and supporting the curriculum by providing resources and assistance to both students and teachers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the school library, including cataloguing books, maintaining the collection, and ensuring a welcoming and conducive environment for reading and learning.
- Promote literacy and a love for reading among students through engaging activities, book clubs, and reading challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers to support the curriculum by providing resources, research assistance, and bibliographic instruction.
- Assist students in locating and accessing information, both in print and digital formats, to support their academic needs.
- Stay current with trends in literature, educational technology, and library science to continuously improve the library's offerings and services.
- Collaborate with other librarians and educational professionals to share resources and best practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of library science.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in library management software and digital resources.
- Passion for promoting literacy and a love for reading among students.
