We are seeking a dynamic and experienced School Psychologist Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The School Psychologist Assistant will work closely with the School Psychologist to support the emotional and mental well-being of students within a construction-based school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the School Psychologist in conducting assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling to students experiencing emotional, social, or behavioral difficulties.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create and implement behavior management strategies and support plans.
- Assist in crisis intervention and provide support to students during difficult situations.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with stakeholders regarding student needs and progress.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in school psychology and participate in professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in a school or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in assessment tools and counseling techniques.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to school psychology.
