We are seeking a talented and creative Screenplay Writer to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the construction industry. As a Screenplay Writer, you will be responsible for developing compelling and engaging scripts for videos, presentations, and other multimedia content related to construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts for screenplay content
- Research and gather information on construction projects, materials, and industry trends to ensure accuracy and authenticity in scripts
- Write clear, concise, and engaging scripts that effectively communicate key messages and capture the audience's attention
- Revise and edit scripts based on feedback from team members and clients to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve the quality and impact of screenplay content

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Screenplay Writer or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong portfolio of screenplay samples demonstrating creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for grammar and punctuation
- Knowledge of construction terminology, processes, and concepts
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Creative Writing, Communications, or a related field
