We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Information Technology team in Dubai as a Script Supervisor. The Script Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of scripts for various IT projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other team members to understand project objectives and requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed scripts for software development, testing, and deployment processes
- Monitor script execution and provide feedback on any issues or inconsistencies
- Conduct regular script reviews to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for script improvement and optimization
- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot script-related issues
- Document and maintain script versions and revisions
- Provide training and support to team members on script usage and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in script writing and supervision
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
