Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary School Teacher specializing in Pharmaceuticals to join our dynamic educational team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sciences and a commitment to fostering a stimulating learning environment. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, inspiring students, and preparing them for future careers in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development and Delivery:
- Design and implement a comprehensive curriculum for secondary school students focused on pharmaceutical sciences, including subjects such as pharmacology, drug formulation, and pharmaceutical ethics.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance student learning and engagement.

2. Instruction and Assessment:
- Deliver high-quality instruction to students through lectures, hands-on activities, and laboratory experiments.
- Develop and administer assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate student performance and understanding.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.

3. Student Engagement and Support:
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Offer academic support and mentorship to students, guiding them in their studies and career aspirations in the pharmaceutical field.
- Organize extracurricular activities, workshops, and guest lectures that promote interest in pharmaceuticals.

4. Collaboration and Professional Development:
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational program and share best practices in teaching pharmaceuticals.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest advancements in pharmaceutical education and teaching methodologies.

5. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting, with a focus on pharmaceuticals or related sciences.
- Strong knowledge of current trends and practices in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven ability to engage and motivate students in a classroom setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the UAE educational system is a plus.
