The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary School Teacher with a specialization in Healthcare to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare education and experience working with secondary school students. As a Secondary School Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and informative lessons, assessing student progress, and providing support and guidance to help students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles and abilities of secondary school students
- Teach a range of healthcare-related subjects, such as anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and healthcare ethics
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, technologies, and resources to enhance student learning and engagement
- Assess student progress through tests, quizzes, projects, and other assignments
- Provide timely feedback to students and parents on academic performance and progress
- Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and healthcare professionals to create a supportive and enriching learning environment
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and developments in the field of healthcare education
- Participate in professional development opportunities and training sessions as required

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Teaching certification or licensure
- Specialization in healthcare education or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience teaching secondary school students
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Knowledge of curriculum development, assessment practices, and educational technology
