We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The Security Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and maintenance of security protocols to ensure the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address any security risks or breaches
- Respond to and investigate security incidents, such as theft, vandalism, or trespassing
- Report any security incidents or concerns to the Security Manager or relevant authorities
- Assist in conducting security training and awareness programs for employees
- Collaborate with other departments to implement security measures and procedures
- Assist in conducting background checks and screening processes for new hires and visitors
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in security or a related field
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Valid security license or certification is a plus
