Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the security operations within our manufacturing facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security protocols, managing a team of security personnel, and ensuring the safety and security of all assets, personnel, and operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a thorough understanding of security management within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols tailored to the manufacturing environment.
- Manage and lead a team of security personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance security measures and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, ensuring they are functioning effectively.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, conducting investigations and documenting findings while coordinating with law enforcement as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and investigations for senior management review.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices within the manufacturing industry to continually improve security operations.
- Facilitate regular training sessions for staff on security awareness and emergency response procedures.
- Manage relationships with external security service providers and vendors, ensuring contract compliance and quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of security technologies and systems, including surveillance, access control, and alarm systems.
- Proven experience in managing a security team and developing effective security protocols.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess complex security situations quickly and effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations pertaining to security and safety in the UAE.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
