We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Director to join our dynamic team in the Financial Services sector. As a Senior Account Director, you will play a critical role in shaping our client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' business needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored financial solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement account strategies to meet client objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive financial strategies that align with client goals.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers and support staff, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure team success.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions and enhance service offerings.
- Financial Acumen:
- Oversee account performance, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Analyze financial reports and metrics to assess account health and profitability.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
- Utilize data-driven insights to recommend improvements and adjustments to account strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or business development within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
