We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Advisor to join our Real Estate team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on real estate investment opportunities in Sharjah
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties for investment
- Develop strategic plans and recommendations for clients based on their investment goals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulations, and best practices in the real estate industry
- Lead and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate, with a proven track record of success
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software
