Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Agile Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects in the fast-paced pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. You will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of Agile practices across the organization while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex pharmaceutical projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Agile Methodology Implementation: Champion the Agile methodology within the organization by facilitating Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues. Act as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries.

- Team Management: Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery. Develop contingency plans and proactively address potential roadblocks.

- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and team performance. Utilize metrics to drive improvements and optimize project delivery.

- Training and Mentoring: Provide training and mentorship to team members on Agile practices and project management tools, fostering a culture of learning and development.

- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and adherence to cost management principles.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with relevant pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Clinical Practices (GCP).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in an Agile environment specifically within the pharmaceutical industry.

- Proven experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.

- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and methodologies.

- Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)) is highly desirable.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
