We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail architecture and design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative and functional spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all design goals and objectives are met
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external consultants to develop design concepts and solutions that align with project requirements
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that projects are being executed according to design specifications
- Mentor and guide junior architects and interns in the development of their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in retail architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on retail projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Sharjah
- LEED certification is a plus
