We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Art Director to join our dynamic team in Ajman, UAE. The Senior Art Director will be responsible for leading the creative design and development of all visual assets for our healthcare organization. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and marketing strategies within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals
- Develop creative concepts and designs for various marketing materials, including print advertisements, digital campaigns, social media content, and website assets
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with organizational goals
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and provide rationale for creative decisions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in design, healthcare marketing, and technology
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
