Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Blockchain Developer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, focusing on revolutionizing the education sector through innovative blockchain solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy blockchain-based applications tailored for the education sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and improvements.
- Create smart contracts, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and optimized for performance.
- Conduct research on emerging blockchain technologies and assess their potential impact on the education landscape.
- Troubleshoot and resolve blockchain-related issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of blockchain platforms.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Document all development processes, code changes, and system configurations to maintain clear communication within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to blockchain technology in education.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in blockchain development, with a strong portfolio of blockchain projects.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, Go, or Python.
- Extensive experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Binance Smart Chain.
- Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
