We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing and improving business processes within the transportation and logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, processes, and systems within the transportation and logistics sector
- Identify areas for improvement and develop comprehensive strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the success of implemented strategies
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of successfully leading business process improvement projects
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in transportation and logistics
