We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and retail industry knowledge.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize retail operations and performance
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Design and build interactive dashboards and reports to track KPIs and monitor business performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the retail industry
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- [X] years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Retail industry experience is preferred
