We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Manager Consultant with a background in the construction industry to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and consulting on construction projects, as well as a deep understanding of business operations and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of construction management and business strategy
- Develop and implement business plans and strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for business development
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our services remain competitive and innovative

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field

- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
