We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, system design, and implementation in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes and requirements
- Analyze existing systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement new systems and processes to streamline operations and increase efficiency
- Lead system integration projects, working closely with IT teams and external vendors
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure systems are functioning properly
- Provide training and support to end users on new systems and processes
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in business systems analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle
- Experience with system design and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in business systems analysis
